April 9th
½ Rack of Ribs or Lightly Blackened Swordfish w/ Pineapple Relish

April 16th
Herb Roasted Pork Loin w/ whole seed mustard rub OR Grilled Salmon w/ Lemon, Caper and Butter Sauce

April 23rd
Veal Calvadose w/ Apple Brandy Glaze or Sun dried Tomato Chicken Roulade

April 30th
Flat Iron Steak or Cajun Penne Pasta w/ Andouille Sausage, Shrimp and Tomato Cream Sauce
